Lisa was hired in early March to provide Operations Support. In this role, she monitors and reviews computer reports on a daily basis to ensure your Time Machine® and CrashPlan® backups are running and your hard drives aren’t failing.
Lisa also manages ID Agent, an exclusive service CranstonIT offers its clients. ID Agent scans the Dark Web for any stolen credentials or compromised data, as well as provides monthly Internet security training for your employees.
In any event, for these issues and more, Lisa quickly aligns a tech to your problem — and she is on the phone to you for scheduling.
“The best thing about this job is the communications aspect,” she said. “It’s the essence of everything I do, as I’m always connecting with our team and our customers. And I need to be fast and flexible, as every minute matters when technology goes down.”
Lisa is familiar with managing client stress. In her former job as Office Administrator at Peaceful Pastures Pet Cemetery, emotions understandably ran high every day. No matter what it took, Lisa ensured the grieving pet owners had everything they needed to take next steps.
Lisa joined CranstonIT to sharpen her experience with technology and study problem-solving techniques. With Client Relations and Project Manager Beth Anne Lewis as her mentor, Lisa has learned more in one month than she could ever imagine.
Plus, with three kids, she is an expert at juggling priorities. Lisa and Guy and family live in Canonsburg, where she has lived her entire life. On weekends, and in her rare spare time, Lisa enjoys country line dancing.
